Ryan Richmond is the President/CEO of Eagle State Bank since May 2013. Ryan was previously with a bank in Western Nebraska for 10 years where he started as a Loan Officer and later as the Branch Manager. Ryan is originally from Grant, NE where his family resides and farms. Ryan grew up on the family farm Northeast of Grant and takes much of what he knows today from the experiences he learned growing up there. Ryan attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln after high school and graduated with a Finance Degree from the Business College. In 2013, Ryan graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado in Boulder, the highest accreditation that a banker can fulfill. Ryan is on the Board of the Nebraska Independent Bankers Association and attends many banking conferences and seminars throughout the state. Ryan also sits on Eagle State Bank’s Board of Directors and is a small shareholder in the company. In Ryan’s spare time he enjoys golfing, traveling, and attending sporting events and concerts.
Stephanie Patton has lived in Southeast Nebraska all of her life. Originally from Nebraska City she graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. Due to her 27 years working in office administration she has an extensive background in business management and accounting. Stephanie started her banking career at Tri Valley Bank in Talmage where she worked for four years. She started working for Eagle State Bank in February of 2014 and is the Bank’s Vice President. Stephanie lives in Palmyra with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, hunting, camping and the company of her family and friends.
Polly Frye started with Eagle State Bank in August of 2007 as a Teller. In May of 2013 she was promoted to Cashier. Polly grew up in Avoca, NE and graduated from Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca High School in 1977. She has worked at Midwest Life Ins. Co. in the Underwriting Dept., First National Bank of Syracuse as a Teller and TRW in Ogallala, NE as an Executive Assistant. Polly owned and operated her own Daycare business for more than 24 years. She is married with three sons. Polly enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Terry Caddy is a Loan Officer with Eagle State Bank since May 2013. Terry was previously a Credit analyst and Bank Teller, sharing time between Eagle State Bank and Cass County Bank in Plattsmouth beginning in 2008. Terry is a fourth generation Eagle area resident, born and raised on the family farm north of Eagle where he and his family presently live. Terry attended the University Of Nebraska College Of Agriculture majoring in Agricultural Education. His background of work experience includes teaching Vocational Agriculture, co-managing a swine production facility, grain elevator management, equipment sales, row-crop and livestock production. Terry is currently active in the Eagle Community as a member of the Eagle Planning Commission, Eagle Board of Adjustments, Eagle Cemetery Board, and Cass County Economic Development Council. He was a Cass County Fair Board member for 12 years and an Eagle Vision Board member for 12 years. His hobbies and free time are spent on outdoor farm and shop projects, farm and acreage sales, studying the stock market, and reading.
Austin Thelander is a part-time Customer Service Representative for Eagle State Bank while he is attending the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Austin is from Grant, NE originally and is majoring in Business Administration. Austin has been working at the bank since 2014 and gaining experience to further his career advancement. Austin enjoys golfing, going to the lake, and attending sporting events.
